薄熙來案最快八月初開庭

大陸檢察機關，今天正式起訴了中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來，指控他涉嫌受賄、貪污和濫用職權。負責起訴的是山東濟南市檢察院。

中國刑事律師楊學林分析，按照慣例，應該會公開審理。依照法令，最快八月三號以後，就可以開庭。楊學林認為，薄熙來被控受賄、貪污、濫用職權，看來和國家秘密或個人隱私無關，應該會公開審理。

楊學林分析，如果濟南中院快馬加鞭完成立案手續，並且在今天將起訴書副本送達薄熙來和他的辯護律師，最快開庭日期將在十天以後，也就是八月三號。
