狂犬病疫情升溫，新北市府因通報鼬獾等案量大增、為寵物犬貓施打疫苗也動用大量人力，加上連日通報要求捕捉流浪狗的電話暴增，決定由消防局、環保局全面支援農業局處理動物屍體、緊急捕犬人力。「中南部都出現疫情，新北市確有不小風險，更須加強防疫，特別是山區。」副市長侯友宜30日主持防疫會議，提醒相關局處注意。
