史諾登效應 俄減用外國電子產品

美國揭密者史諾登揭露美國國安局監控計畫已對俄羅斯產生效應，俄國副總理羅戈欽廿九日說，該國國防業已開始減用外國電子產品。根據史諾登揭露的內容，武器製造商在進口內有軟體，有能力將敏感資料傳送外國的任何設備時，應多加小心。

羅戈欽特別提及車床說：「有些車床的軟體可能已有特定的一些設定，可能會在某個點時執行關閉，或將（進行中的）某項任務的工程參數資料傳輸出去。」

羅戈欽是在出席總統普亭主持的一項武器合約會議後如是告訴記者。（路透）
