「市價徵收」落差大　三峽拆遷戶市府陳情

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】「我們是三峽龍埔、不是苗栗大埔！」新北市三峽三樹路十多名拆遷戶，不滿徵收土地費用每坪僅十四萬元，附近基地相似的成交價每坪卻達六十五萬元，拆遷戶昨氣憤至新北市地價評議委員會舉牌陳情。城鄉局表示，經查估重新估價為每坪二十五萬元，由於非位於北大特定區內，所以無法相提並論。
