【林世雄／台中報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢最快將會在明天提出偵結起訴，洪仲丘案義務辯護律師團今天深夜發表聲明表示，部隊強調上令下從、學長學弟的倫理關係，所以偵察和審判結果不易受到公眾信服，希望等立院《軍事審判法》修正案完成後，讓本案成為第一個適用新法的案件，要求國防部法律事務司先下令暫緩起訴處分。
