扁漏尿 一天高達12次

〔記者蘇芳禾、侯柏青／台北報導〕民進黨立委陳亭妃昨召開記者會表示，接到前總統陳水扁之子陳致中的簡訊，告知扁每天從漏尿四至五次，到現在已經變成漏尿十二次，吃了兩個月泌尿科的藥都沒有好轉。台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智對此回應，將由中榮、中國附醫五位醫師聯合會診，用藥也將進行調整，近期會評估是否做ＭＲＩ（核磁共振）。

此外，台北地院今將開庭審理前總統陳水扁侵占機密公文案，但扁律師昨天下午傳真請假，合議庭認為，尚未接到扁的精神鑑定報告，加上請假時間過於緊迫，決定不准假，今將照常提訊扁出庭，盼由合議庭當面判斷他今後是否適合開庭。
