高華柱慰洪父　「偵查終結不代表結束」

【綜合報導】國防部前部長高華柱今天上午再赴洪仲丘家中，再度道歉；洪父無奈說，該案昨天都已偵查終結了，高華柱回應，偵查終結不代表結束，也交代新的國防部團隊「站在家屬心情」調查。
