官員承諾未執行　洪舅：軍方欺上瞞下

【綜合報導】面對洪家人的陳情，馬總統表示，軍事審判的修法，尚須相關單位協調，所以可能沒有那麼快。

馬總統也表示，關於起訴書中提到的「洪仲丘行為」，將會深入調查是否屬實。洪仲丘舅舅再度重申，「下士不能關禁閉」，卻沒人負責。對此馬總統表示，已經有人以「實施法定外懲罰」負責這件事情。

洪舅表示，當初送洪仲丘去269旅的2名士兵，在做筆錄的時候都說，范佐憲親赴禁閉室，要求「好好照顧洪仲丘」，但是軍檢卻不認為這是動機，讓他們相當不滿。認為官員一再慰問，軍檢卻依舊我行我素，洪舅痛批這簡直就是「欺上瞞下」。
