羅傑斯盃／背痛嚴重　瑞士特快車退賽

因為背痛的關係，Roger Federer要缺席羅傑斯盃了！他已經在個人Facebook頁面上宣佈這件事情。

「我很失望下週無法參與蒙特婁的比賽，那是一個偉大的比賽，有著令人吃驚的球迷數，我期待著未來能在此競爭。」Federer在聲明中表示。

Federer也提到：「我背部有著嚴重的問題，必須仰賴消炎藥，在漢堡練球時，我就為疼痛困擾，進行多次練球後，我覺得無論如何都要先解決背傷問題。」

同時Federer也說，如果背傷克服了，他就會去蒙特婁，如果沒出現，表示他還需要至少一週的時間來治療。

另外法國好手Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 也因為膝蓋傷勢的關係，退出了這一站的比賽，他在溫網後還沒參加過比賽，表示希望趕在美網前治療完畢。
