嘉義縣東石鄉觀光漁筏的工人李永義與東石鄉男子張竣浩，1個半月前合夥在外傘頂洲開設第1間冰店，生意非常好，但因運送食材的膠筏半個月前故障，加上即將入秋，海面風浪逐漸轉強，這家冰店最近已悄悄歇業，讓很多遊客很失望。李永義強調，明年3月將重新開業，除賣剉冰還要加賣燒烤海鮮，一定會讓觀光客有全新的體驗與享受。
