【快訊】基隆男子疑自焚　警消到場已成焦屍

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市消防勤務中心今天下午5時許接獲民眾報案，在大德國中對街的涼亭有民眾自焚，警消獲報趕抵現場，發現男子已成焦屍，警方已封鎖現場調查中。
