越南和法國 關係升級為戰略夥伴

越南外交部與法國外長法比士（Laurent Fabius）5日發表共同聲明說，兩國準備近日把雙方關係升級為戰略夥伴，以提升經濟、貿易和國防的雙邊合作。

越、法兩國外長3至5日舉行會談，討論法國加強投資越南的具體步驟，尤其是在基礎建設、能源、交通、醫療和食品加工等產業。
