民進黨前黨主席蔡英文，上午參觀宜蘭童玩節，和小朋友一起玩童玩，十分高興。對馬英九總統將出訪，蔡英文接受訪問時表示，最近國內事件不少，她不認為這是總統及三軍統帥出訪的好時機。
