瓦城、F-美食 下半年會更好

觀光股族群7月暨累計營收出爐，其中飯店集團因暑假是商務訂房淡季，加上日幣貶值來台日客減少，成長有限，但王品(2727)、瓦城(2729)與F-美食(2723)等連鎖餐飲集團7月暨累計營收相較於去年同期均有2位數成長。

法人認為，採多品牌、多據點與多國市場策略擴大企業格局的王品與瓦城，在採購、成控與營運操作上，均已建立標準作業，故隨著持續在兩岸拓點展店，營收獲利可期並成推升股價的引擎。而上半年因調整體質成長趨緩的F-美食，下半年因門店優化發酵，加上台灣導入二代店與美國中央廚房啟用，營收與獲利可望回升。

受惠全台持續展店布局效應，瓦城7月營收達2.062億元，較去年同期成長12.57％，再攀同期歷史新高，而瓦城1至7月累計營收達13.079億元，年增15.7％。

以85度C品牌立足兩岸並已在美國開出門市的F-美食，7月合併營收11.8億元，較去年同期成長14％，累計1到7月營收為83.7億元，年成長12％。 其中，大陸地區7月份營收較去年同期成長14％，累計1到7月大陸地區營收年成長15％。

瓦城上半年營收營收、淨利、每股盈餘都有2位數成長的優異表現，其中營收較去年同期成長16.3％，稅後淨利成長60.6％，EPS5.98元亦年增22.5％，在上市櫃企業中表現亮眼。法人樂觀預期，新品牌與新市場的開展，瓦城今年獲利有機會拚一個股本。
