小女友懷孕想求婚　男遭拒還遭控性侵

【賴又嘉／台北報導】廖姓男子（21歲）2010年7月間，帶年僅15歲的小女友借宿友人家中，與小女友嘿咻，此後便多次帶小女友回家嘿咻，但因沒做好防護措施，小女友今年4月懷孕生子，廖男因而遭小女友父親怒控性侵。
 
廖男坦承與未成年小女友嘿咻生子，並向檢方抱怨，願負責並與小女友結婚共組家庭，卻被小女友父親拒絕。檢方雖同情廖男，但因廖男與未滿16歲女友嘿咻，仍依與未成年人性交罪，將廖男起訴。
