司法院長訪宜蘭 軍審法成焦點

立法院6日三讀通過軍事審判法，軍人犯罪只要在非戰爭時期回歸一般司法機關追訴和審理，司法院長賴浩敏上午到宜蘭地院訪視，宜蘭地方法院院長劉壽嵩憂心的說，目前都沒配套，女法官沒當過兵，連階級都看不懂，第一年應該先不分給女法官，軍事審判的案子一旦移過來，內部事務要怎麼分配也是課題。

賴浩敏說，普通刑法跟軍事刑法之間重疊性蠻高的，他相信以法官素質、法官的決心、法官的努力，這些問題都可以克服。
