洪弟服家庭替代役 役政署核准

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北16日電）內政部次長蕭家淇表示，陸軍下士洪仲丘的弟弟洪良宇以「家庭因素」申請替代役，役政署13日已回文給台中市政府，予以核准。

在軍中疑遭虐死的洪仲丘，生父是養父洪吉端的弟弟洪吉村，洪吉村有3個兒子，洪仲丘排行老二，出生不久就出養。洪仲丘不幸往生，生母悲痛，健康也不好，洪仲丘的胞弟洪良宇即將入伍服役，家屬盼能就近服替代役，照顧家人。

內政部長李鴻源今天表示，只要提出申請，役政署會盡力協助。

蕭家淇受訪說，洪良宇依「役男申請服替代役辦法」提出申請服家庭因素替代役；台中市政府民政局8月初已行文役政署，役政署13日回文予以核准。

蕭家淇表示，洪良宇符合「役男申請服替代役辦法」第11條第1項「役男家屬均屬60歲以上、未滿18歲、患有身心障礙或重大傷病」規定，予以核准服家庭因素替代役。

蕭家淇說，家庭因素替代役規定，役男白天可就近在政府單位服替代役，晚上返家照顧家庭。家庭因素替代役的申請核准人數每年高達4000至5000人，並無名額限制。1020816
