【快訊】停車未拉手煞車　人車一同落海

【邱中岳／新北報導】今天下午4時許，瑞芳1名男子在海港邊停車時，疑似未注意陡坡傾斜度，不慎連人帶車落海，同行親友趕緊將男子拉上岸並報請警消送醫，所幸男子意識清楚，身上多處外傷，警消趕緊將男子送醫觀察。
