桃院重開羈押庭 范佐憲等3人報到

洪仲丘案的涉嫌人何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲，桃園地院今天上午9時20分重開羈押庭，范、何、徐今天上午9時先後現身桃院，何江忠與妻手牽手報到，面對媒體追問，只點頭示意，徐信正走側門避開媒體。

台灣高等法院撤銷何江忠等3人交保裁定，發交桃園地方法院更裁。桃園地院今天上午重開羈押庭，3人在9時15分前抵達。

高院日前撤銷陸軍下士洪仲丘案中被告原獲軍事法院交保的相關裁定，發交桃園地方法院更裁。
