老實說我覺得大埔案李鴻源沒出來說話 很奇怪 因為南鐵案才開始談徵收上的問題 先不論他評論個案 單就專業上 他應該在第一時間出來指責劉政鴻才是 徵收不是惡法 沒錯啊!!!! 但今天大埔的局面是 縣長做了一個違憲的動作(強拆) 而中央卻沒有任何的批評 糾正 回到南鐵案 同樣都是行政院的事情 台南也還沒拆 更遑論現在都還沒談妥 李最大的錯誤是 他應該捍衛"徵收"的公益性 應該針對公益性範圍做出明確的規範 到底他們說的大埔案的公益性在哪 南鐵案的公益性在哪 那假如沒有公益性 政院又核准 那豈不是自打嘴巴嗎 我一直想說 我們不要用政績來看待 大家看行政院的態度 明顯就是被黨挾持了 -- 姉ちゃん 私は...大好です！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.121.112.160 ※ 編輯: UiHirasawa 來自: 122.121.112.160 (08/23 19:26)
