戴姆勒斥資20億歐元 在陸興建最大廠

戴姆勒（Daimler）計劃斥資20億歐元（27億美元），在中國大陸興建戴姆勒規模最大的汽車製造廠，希望能趕上寶馬（BMW）和奧迪（Audi）在大陸的銷售量。

戴姆勒中國事業負責人唐仕凱（Hubertus Troska）今天（27日）在北京宣布，新廠最快在明年完工，將有助於讓戴姆勒在中國的年產量超過20萬輛。

戴姆勒的目標是在2015年前中國銷售達到30萬輛汽車，福斯汽車（Volkswagen）所屬的奧迪2011年即達到這個目標，寶馬也在去年達到這個里程碑。這表示戴姆勒若想在2019年前躍為全球最大高級車製造商，勢必要加緊擴大中國這個最大汽車市場。

唐仕凱說：「如果不能在中國更成功，本公司就很難達成全球第一的目標。本公司也體認到，必須提升相對於同業在中國的表現。」
