來關心颱風最新動態，康芮發佈陸上颱風警報，現在的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東方，移動速度加快，以每小時16公里的速度朝北前進，在台東已經掀起長浪，氣象專家說，今天晚上到明天是影響最大的時候，中南部可能會降下驚人雨勢。

大浪不斷拍打上岸，白色的浪花像萬馬奔騰，康芮逼近，在台東掀起長浪，大浪打上礁石，激起浪花快兩層樓高，看起來非常嚇人，不只大浪蠢蠢欲動，在台東市區也降下大雨。

康芮這回不是大風吹，來的是大雨，氣象專家預估，中南部累積雨量最多可能來到６００毫米。從路徑圖上來看，接下來幾天，康芮會逐漸北移，各國預測康芮途徑同樣是擦過台灣東北部，持續往北。週三晚上到週四清晨是影響最大的時候，天氣不穩定，各地都有可能會下雨。

周五就會逐漸遠離，但還是不能輕忽。氣象專家提醒，山區要嚴防坍方、落石，康芮雖然走得很慢，但威力不容小覷。
