GWafer減資 母公司環球獲退股款100億日圓

太陽能及半導體矽晶圓大廠中美晶（5483）2日公告，因子公司環球晶圓旗下子公司GWafers決定減資，依日本法令規定將退還股款100億日圓給母公司環球晶圓。

環球晶圓為中美子旗下負責生產半導體矽晶圓的轉投資公司。

去年配合收日商Covalent Materials公司半導體事業部全數股權，由環球晶圓轉投資成立GWafers完成收購。由於Covalent Materials收購價金調降，因此依照日方規定進行減資，並退環球晶圓100億日圓。

中美晶昨天股價反應油電價格聯袂聯升，與太陽能族群同步大漲，收35.8元，上漲1.3元，漲幅3.77%。
