陳守煌：未指示不要上訴

最高檢察署特偵組上午指控，法務部長曾勇夫、台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌，涉嫌接受立法院長王金平及立委柯建銘關說，指示女檢察官林秀濤對柯建銘涉及全民電通違反商業會計法更一審無罪案不上訴，違反法官法。特偵組召開記者會，宣布將曾勇夫送監察院審議，陳守煌依法官法送個案評鑑，最重可撤職。

陳守煌表示，他沒有指示林秀濤不要上訴，他是說請她看卷，該上訴就上訴。林秀濤昨天上午三緘其口，僅說已經在特偵組說了該說的話。
