少年騎贓車 一案捕兩嫌

十四歲的王姓少年，涉嫌將偷來的機車借給林姓少年騎用，案經基警四分局中華路派出所查獲林姓少年騎乘贓車，再循線查捕偷車的王姓少年，依竊盜罪嫌送交基隆地方法院少年法庭審理。

基警四分局中華路派出所警員沈正憲、廖文維，凌晨執行巡邏勤務時，接獲民眾反映，指中和路一百六十四巷附近疑有青少年偷車，沈、廖二員隨即前往查探。

警方抵達中和路一百六十四巷，便繞行附近巷弄巡查，果然發現一名林姓少年正要發動一部機車，因感可疑，準備上前攔查時，林姓少年迅速跳上機車逃逸，警方尾隨追捕，將林姓少年攔下後，確定他所騎乘的機車是失竊許久的贓車，便將林姓少年帶回派出所處理。

林姓少年供稱，贓車是向十四歲的王姓少年借的，他騎贓車外出買飲料，沒想到被警方查獲。警方根據林姓少年的供詞，循線查捕偷車的王姓少年到案，依竊盜罪嫌一併送辦。
