德國一名天生為女性的變性男子在柏林自家生下兒子，成為歐洲第一個當媽媽的變性人。這名姓名保密的男子雖然變性，仍保留女性生殖器官，他選擇在家生產，是因為在醫院生產的話，會被列為媽媽。先前美國已有一個女變男的變性人三度生產。
