敢分手就PO裸照　男恐嚇判拘50天

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名蔡姓水泥工人，因女友提出分手要求，趁2人見面發生關係時，偷拍女友裸照、私處；事後蔡男在電話中一再恐嚇女友要「潑她硫酸」、「押到山上給癩皮狗幹死」，藉此威脅女友不得分手，否則還會公開裸照。

被害女子不堪其擾報警處理，警方在蔡男家中搜出記憶卡，內有7張女子私處畫面，以及恐嚇電話的錄音帶，蔡男坦承因認為女友另結新歡要求分手，才會出此下策，但保証不會再騷擾女友。全案審結，法官依妨害祕密、恐嚇罪嫌，判蔡男拘役50天，易科罰金5萬元，可以上訴。
