關說風暴／民進黨黨紀處分柯建銘　民調四成八贊成

總統府副祕書長羅智強直指王金平涉關說司法案的源頭，是民進黨團總召柯建銘。最新媒體民調顯示，高達四成八民眾認為民進黨應黨紀處分柯建銘，二成二認為沒必要，三成無意見或表不知道。

調查也指出，四成一民眾認為柯建銘應該辭去立委一職，三成六認為沒有必要，二成三無意見或表不知道，看法兩極。

羅智強日前表示，馬總統在大是大非的立場上，面對黨內同志情誼有非常的難處，但仍須表達歷史的態度，反觀這起司法案件的源頭，其實是柯建銘，「到目前為止，都沒看到民進黨主席蘇貞昌對這源頭有任何的評論，也沒展現應有的態度」。

羅智強說，這點人民都在看，希樣民進黨給社會大眾一些說明。

聯合報於9月11至12日晚間進行相關民調，從已知王金平案的受訪者1231人中，進一步調查上述問題。
