網路線顏色接錯會影響到IP嗎

我之前有自己接過一次網路線
雖然可以上網不過現在覺得網路IP怪怪的
我住新竹去查詢都會顯示台北
上巴哈登入失敗會顯示IP
(因為有時我會帳密輸入錯誤)
我看2010~12年登入錯誤IP前面第一個數字不是118 就是114
昨天我登入錯誤竟是顯示1.160

我是照著之前的顏色接的
黃白橘綠白藍藍白綠棕白棕

請問有接錯嗎如果接錯會有什麼影響嗎
