民進黨主席蘇貞昌15日晚間出席立委高志鵬在新北市二重疏洪道內舉辦的中秋烤肉晚會，他說挽救憲政危機、守護台灣民主，是超越藍綠的責任，當憲政秩序被馬總統破壞到這麼嚴重的時候，釋憲、倒閣、彈劾、罷免都是可以積極考慮的憲政作為，16日民進黨團將開會積極討論。
