DRAM價 海力士災後飆4成

（中央社記者張建中新竹17日電）動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)現貨價持續攀高，海力士(Hynix)中國大陸無錫廠火災後，產品價格已飆漲逾4成。

據媒體報導，海力士表示，無錫廠將於10月全面復工。

海力士無錫廠復工後，12月才可望有投片產出；市場普遍看好，未來1季DRAM市場供給仍將維持緊張狀態，帶動追價買盤力道不減，也推升DRAM現貨價進一步攀高。

據市調機構集邦科技調查，今天早盤DDR3 2Gb顆粒現貨均價逼近2.3美元，達2.296美元，創2011年2月14日來新高價；海力士無錫廠發生火災意外後，DRAM現貨價漲幅已達43.5%。1020917
