這幾天在露天拍賣購買商品因寄送地址寫錯，故和賣家協議取消交易並辦理支付連退費但今天系統顯示因對方支付連帳戶餘額不足請與對方聯繫退費但支付連不是幫買家保管所繳費用，等交易成立賣家才能提取嗎? 為什麼對方帳戶會餘額不足? 我該直接給他帳戶請賣家退費嗎? 以上感謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.139.73
