新北：位於二重疏洪道的3號停車場旁微風運河中，22日上午9時許，有民眾在河中發現1名女性浮屍，岸上留有拖鞋、香菸，警方調查，43歲曾女因家中不富裕，與丈夫2人難以負擔家計，才選擇走上絕路。
