自爆姦情撇情婦逼婚　男抖女長痣助妻提告

【黃哲民／新北報導】任職銀行小主管的40歲張姓已婚男子，與同銀行別部門33歲劉姓單身女主管發生婚外情，還趁妻回娘家帶劉女回住處過夜偷腥，後因劉女逼離婚討名份，張男向妻招認姦情助妻提告，並供出劉女身上長痣部位佐證，新北地檢署今依妨害家庭罪將劉女起訴。

起訴指出，張男2006年結婚，卻從2009年2月到2012年11月間與劉女多次在新北市汽車旅館或相偕出差到台南、高雄過夜時偷情，甚至銀行跨部門聚餐後同車直驅摩鐵，被部屬撞見。後因劉女爭名份，張男不願離婚，雙方感情生變，張男才向妻坦承姦情。

劉女被檢方要求到醫院勘驗屬實並拍照，仍否認通姦，辯稱是與張男出差被張男下藥迷昏偷拍。但檢方不採信，今仍將劉女起訴。
