這不是哈佛！　美哈佛告英學院侵權

【綜合報導】美國哈佛大學(Harvard University)是世界知名學府，但英國也有間哈佛，全名為「哈佛管理暨工業學院」(Havard School of Management and Technology)，不過這間「哈佛」是排名不佳的學校。哈佛大學最近上英國法院，控告這間「英國哈佛」侵犯商標權，損害哈佛聲譽。

哈佛的代表律師指出，縱然兩間學府各有不同，但證據顯示名字令人混淆。哈佛管理暨工業學院學院的代表律師表示，該管理層堅稱沒有侵犯商標權，已反告哈佛。案件排期在明年2月聆訊。
