基金合併鬆綁 投資區域無限制

金管會表示，同意放寬新台幣五億元以下基金合併免開受益人大會，且刪除投資區域、國家應相同規定，相關法規預計十月上路。

金融監督管理委員會修正「證券投資信託基金管理辦法」，並且已經聽取外界意見完成，預計相關修正法規在十月上路。

原本規模低於3億元基金合併免開受益人大會，金管會調高為五億元之外。外界表達意見，合併免開受益人大會條件裡，其他國家並無限制必須投資區域與國家相同，並且投資區域是否相同也難以認定。

因此金管會再鬆綁，基金合併免開收益人會議的條件，刪除基金必須投資同區域與國家的限制。

此外，基金未來如果要借錢，除了利息必須由基金負擔之外，金管會也規定，衍生的相關費用也必須由基金負擔。
