IMF等示警　美債務違約恐衝擊全球

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】包括IMF（International Monetary Fund，國際貨幣基金）以及美國財政部紛紛示警，稱美國若債務違約將帶來嚴重衝擊。美國財政部甚至直言，若舉債上限問題沒在期限內解決，所造成的衝擊恐比2008年金融海嘯還要來得大。
 
美國財政部今示警，若國會未趕在10月17日償還債務期限前調高舉債上限，則美國將因還不出錢而產生違約，屆時恐衝擊全球金融，所帶來的後果恐比2008年金融海嘯還要糟。
 
另外，IMF主席拉加德（Christine Lagarde）也示警，稱美國若未能及時上調舉債上限，可能給全球經濟帶來嚴重衝擊。
