威睿傳獲授權金 聯發科：謠言

（中央社記者張建中新竹4日電）市場傳出威盛旗下手機晶片廠威睿電通將CDMA2000專利授權給聯發科，可望有近新台幣100億元授權金入帳。但聯發科表示，這是謠言。

威盛今天在子公司威睿電通可望有龐大授權金入帳利多傳言激勵下，股價表現強勁，開盤跳空漲停，達25.65元，上漲1.65元，漲幅達6.88%。

聯發科表示，2年前即與威睿合作，只是有關威睿電通以近100億元代價將CDMA2000專利授權給聯發科，是謠言。

威盛則不評論市場傳言。

外資大和證券指出，聯發科雖然有意擴大CDMA/EVDO智慧手機晶片市場，以追求營收成長，不過，對市場傳言存疑。1021004
