聯合國安理會今天要求敘利亞有關各方，讓人道援助進入敘利。

安理會決議文指出，敘利亞有關各方，必須尊重聯合國人道救援指導原則，在沒有政治偏見情況下，讓人道援助進入敘利亞。

聯合國估計，敘利亞內戰開始以來，已經造成十萬人死亡，幾百萬人喪失家園。
