外資回流 我外匯存底續創新高

中央銀行今天(4日)公布9月底外匯存底為4126.11億美元，較8月底增加 32.23億美元，續創歷史新高。央行表示，由於美國量化寬鬆暫不退場，使熱錢回流亞洲，主要到台灣及韓國股市，因此台韓9月外匯存底都持續大增。

我國9月外匯存底4126.11億美元，較8月底增加32.23億美元，續創歷史新高，央行表示，增加原因是歐元等貨幣對美元升值，折成美元後金額增加，以及外匯存底投資運用收益。韓國9月外匯存底也比上個月多58億。

央行指出，因美QE暫不退場，使外資熱錢回流亞洲股市，主要是到台股及韓股，其中外資買超韓國71億美元，買超台灣也有42億，使得2國外匯存底續創新高。央行外匯局副局長顏輝煌說：『(原音)外資事實上有回流到亞洲來，韓國9月份買超比台灣多，外資9月份在韓國買超71億，台灣42億，所以外資到韓國去比台灣多。』

人民幣目前已經躋身10大貨幣之一，顯示人民幣在全球的交易量大增。央行總裁彭淮南日前表示，已將人民幣納入外匯存底，但為避免影響市場運用，不願對外透露持有比例。
