【許麗珍／台北報導】受到菲特颱風襲台影響，台北市政府剛剛表示，今天上午10時開始關閉疏散門，11時進行拖吊，下午1時全部關閉。另即時開放中山、松山、士林、萬華、大同區部分疏散門周邊紅黃線停車。
