北韓軍隊進入攻擊待命狀態 應對美日韓軍演

在美日韓三國，今天舉行聯合海上演習前夕，北韓人民軍總參謀部發言人發表談話說，人民軍最高司令部五日緊急下達了有關部隊進入攻擊待命狀態的指示，密切關注美日侵略者和南韓的一舉一動。

由於美國航空母艦「喬治華盛頓號」參與軍事演習，因此，北韓軍要求各部隊，再次檢討作戰計畫。

北韓軍發言人說，美國應明確認識到，包括核動力航空母艦在內的美國核攻擊手段，進入朝鮮半島周邊地區上空和海域的頻率越多，越會給朝鮮半島造成不可預料的後果。（王長偉 首爾報導）
