男割包皮割到一半　惡劣醫生突加錢

【任羿馨／綜合報導】中國浙江溫州1名王姓男子（40多歲），6日到蒼南仁和醫院做割包皮及陰莖微控背神經阻斷術（俗稱切筋），價格約9千多元（台幣，下同），未料手術進行到一半，醫生竟然突然加錢1.3萬多元，隔天打消炎針還被索討7千多元，他轉往其他醫院打消炎針，卻只要約380元。

根據《溫州都市報》報導，王先生說當時他手術進行到一半，醫生問他做不做切筋手術，做就要加1.3萬多元，他別無選擇，事後他問醫生為何手術進行到一半加錢，醫生說加1.3萬多元能切切4條筋，加3千多元也是可以做，「但是是用剪刀剪的」。王先生憤而向相關單位投訴，目前當地蒼南縣衛生局醫政科已經介入調查。
