標題[請問] 法說會和法人預測

我原本對股市完全沒研究 直到上班後也開始會看一些財經新聞 裡面常提到公司即將舉辦"法說會" 這是不是公司董事會對股東說明營運情況和股利的會呢? 新聞中也常出現"法人認為... 法人預估... 法人評價..." 如果這個法人是財團法人的話 那不就是公司嗎 所以一家公司應該是一個法人 但新聞敘述的法人卻感覺像是客觀旁觀綜觀的股市分析師 請問這些"法人"到底是指什麼人呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.185.78
