人道探視陸 不鬆口

若中國大陸在兩會互設辦事機構的人道探視方面遲不鬆口，陸委會今天表示，互設辦事機構的協商腳步可以放緩。陸委會副主委兼發言人吳美紅指出，人道探視是海基會、大陸海協會兩會互設辦事機構中，關懷、服務民眾的重要功能。陸方也曾就此表示充分理解，但到目前仍沒有正面回應。
