標題[請益] 主管如果不準假?

各位好 想請教一下大家是否有遇過請假主管不準 小弟離鄉工作 下星期五家裡有事需要回家幫忙 已提前一週於今天 send 電子假單 並向主管當面解釋 但因為公司內部調派 下下禮拜一就要在新單位報到 (內部交接都已經做完，並且都有請交接人簽名) 主管還是認為下禮拜五太敏感 不給我請 請問大家這樣我該怎麼辦?
