立委諷管中閔自殺　財長張盛和︰他很積極樂觀

【林巧雁／台北報導】經建會主委管中閔近來發言頻惹爭議，民進黨立委薛凌今天在立法院財委會質詢特別詢問財政部長張盛和看法，「你的同事一下子要自殺，一下子要打斷腿」，是否有私下關心他？
 
張盛和一開始表示管主委對這兩件事都有說明，這是管中閔個人行為，不便說明，但薛凌一直逼問身為同事怎這麼「無感」，都沒有同理心，沒有私下鼓勵他？
 
張盛和只好幫管中閔緩頰表示，記者問管中閔有人自殺，管中閔當時沒搞清楚才會這樣回答，他不是真正想自殺，私下有跟他聊，「他很積極很樂觀」。
