塞爾維亞撙節 專家提醒成長恐不足

分析師今天(23日)警告，塞爾維亞政府內部呼籲撙節是正確的方向，但塞國政府應有更積極的作為，才能復甦經濟。

有鑑於預算赤字可能會佔國內生產的7.5%，公債則將超過60%，塞爾維亞政府已採取撙節措施，包括刪減公部門薪資及調高營業稅。

國際貨幣基金組織(International Monetary Fund)表示，如果這些措施於2014年徹底實施，將是「朝正確的方向邁進」；塞爾維亞希望明年能向IMF申貸。

IMF約10億歐元(13億美元)的貸款在2012年2月被凍結，因為塞國前政府並未遵守承諾。

但塞爾維亞分析師庫利伯(Milan Culibrk)表示，光憑撙節措施不足以符合IMF的要求，也無法大幅整頓預算。

他表示，塞爾維亞勞動人口共170萬人，其中公部門約有近70萬人，只刪減25%薪水卻未精簡人事，恐怕幫助有限。
