李登輝批評 9%總統「可笑得不得了」

針對馬英九總統在國慶文告中指稱「兩岸不是國際關係」，前總統李登輝今天表示，台灣就是台灣，不是中國的一部分，「（馬總統）不要亂講！」李登輝也批評，馬總統民調剩下9%，「可笑得不得了」。

李登輝今至花蓮玉山神學院發表演說，民眾詢問他對兩岸關係的看法。李登輝說，台灣過去曾被荷蘭、西班牙、明、清、日本和國民黨所統治，但荷蘭不會聲稱台灣是荷蘭的一部分，英國也不會說美國是英國的一部分。

過去李登輝曾提出「兩國論」，指兩岸是「特殊國與國關係」，他首度對外解釋「特殊」兩字的意義；「特殊」是指台灣在國際上的地位特殊，而非指台灣與中國之間有特殊關係。

李登輝說，馬總統不是在台灣長大的，不了解台灣，不僅不知道歷史，也不熟悉國際法；他不便多加批評國家領導人，但百姓都很清楚，總統民調只剩9%，「可笑得不得了」。總統應該多接納百姓的意見想法，好好為百姓做事情。
