不少人在購入新款 13 吋 Retina MacBook Pro 後發現鍵盤和觸控板使用起來會有問題，而現在 Apple 這邊終於給出了回應。他們今天在支援頁面中透露自己正在籌備解決輸入無反應故障的更新，同時還建議用戶在遇到問題時關閉螢幕一分鐘以重設相關硬體。當然，這個只是暫時的解決方法，等正式的更新出爐後我們會再通知大家。
